ذور: الذُّوْرَةُ: قُدّامُ حَوْصَلَةِ الطائرِ يَحْمِلُ فيه الماءَ، وجَمْعُها ذَوَائِرُ.

والذُّوْرُ: التُّرَاب.

ورَجُلٌ مَذُوْرٌ، ذُرْتُه أذُوْرُه: أي ذَعَرْته، والأصْلُ الهَمْزُ، وأذَرْتُه أُذِيْرُه أيضاً.

وذَوْرَةُ: اسْمُ مَكانٍ.
