دَيْرُ الأَبْلَق:
بفتح أوله، وباء موحدة ساكنة، ولام، وقاف: دير بالأهواز ثم بكوار من ناحية أردشير خرّه، وفيه يقول حارثة بن بدر الغداني:
ألم تر أن حارثة بن بدر ... أقام بدير أبلق من كوارا
مقيما يشرب الصهباء صرفا، ... إذا ما قلت تصرعه استدارا
