الديْرُ للنصارى: مَعْرُوْف. وصاحِبُه الذي يَسْكُنُه: دَيْرَاني ودَيارٌ. وما بها دَيار ولا دَيُّوْرٌ: أي أحَدٌ.
والتدَيُّرُ: من قَوْلِكَ تَدَيَّرْتُ داراً: أي تَبَوأتها.
