(دَوَشَ) الدَّالُ وَالْوَاوُ وَالشِّينُ كَلِمَةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ لَا يُفَرَّعُ مِنْهَا. يُقَالُ دَوِشَتْ عَيْنُهُ تَدْوَشُ دَوَشًا، إِذَا فَسَدَتْ مِنْ دَاءٍ. وَرَجُلٌ أَدْوَشُ بَيِّنُ الدَّوَشِ.
