(دود) - في الحَدِيثِ: "أَنَّ المُؤَذِّنِين لا يُدادُون".
: أي لا تَأكلُهم الدِّيدَان. يقال: دَادَ الطَّعامُ يَدَادُ دَادًا، ودَوَّدَ [وأَدَادَ] ، إذا وَقَع فيه الدُّودُ، فهو مُدَوِّد بالكَسْر.
