دَنِيَ(n. ac. دَنًا [ ]دَنَايَة [] )
a. Was vile, contemptible.

دَنَّيَa. Drew near, made to come near.
b. [Fī], Busied himself about trifles.
دَاْنَيَa. Drew together, connected, contracted.

أَدْنَيَa. Drew near, made to come near.

تَدَنَّيَa. Drew near little by little.

تَدَاْنَيَa. Were or drew near to one another, close
together.

إِسْتَدْنَيَa. Asked to come nearer.

دُنَاة [] )
a. Near; approaching.

دَنَاوَة []
a. Proximity, nearness.
b. Relationship.

دَنَايَة []
a. Baseness; pusillanimity.
