دكز: دكز: نكز، همز، نخس (بوشر). وقد كتبت دكس في (ألف ليلة برسل 2: 155) وهاميشت في معجمه عن فتوح أفريقية المنسوب إلى الواقدي.
وتكتب أيضاً دكس، يقال: دكس الباب دفعها ليفتحها (ألف ليلة برسل 11: 376).
دكزه على شيء: نخسه ليحمله سراً على التنبيه إلى شيء ما. (بوشر).
