دقظ: ابن بري: الدَّقِظُ الغَضْبان، وكذلك الدَّقْظان؛ قال أُمية:

مَن كان مُكْتَئباً من سُنَّتي دَقِظاً

فَرابَ في صَدْرِه، ما عاشَ، دَقْظانا

قال: قوله فراب أَي لا زالَ في ريْب وشكّ.
