دغغ: الدَّغْدَغةُ في البُضْعِ وغيره. التحْرِيكُ. ويقال للمَغْمُوزِ في

حسَبه أَو نسَبه: مُدَغْدَغٌ. ويقال: دَغْدَغَه بكلمة إذا طَعن عليه؛

قال رؤبة:

علَيَّ إنِّي لَسْتُ بالمُدَغْدَغِ

(* قوله «عليّ إلخ» قبله:

واحذر أقاويل العداة النزغ)

أَي لا يُطْعَن في حَسبي.
