الدَّرْجَلَةُ أهمله الجوهريّ، وَقَالَ ابنُ عَبّاد: هُوَ سَيرٌ أَو عَقَبٌ يوضَعُ فِي الحَمائِلِ ويُجْعَلُ على القَوْس. ودَرجَلَ قَوْسَه: فَعَل بهَا ذَلِك. قَالَ الصَّاغَانِي: هَكَذَا نَصُّ المُحِيط، وَالصَّوَاب: أَن يُوضَعَ سَيرٌ أَو عَقَبٌ فِي الحَمائِلِ.
