من جبال هراة، منها كان أحمد بن عبد الله الخجستاني الخارج بنيسابور، مات سنة 264، قال الإصطخري: خجستان من أعمال باذغيس وأهل باذغيس أهل جماعة إلا خجستان قرية أحمد بن عبد الله فإن أهلها شراة.
