حثفر
: (الحُثْفُرُ بالضمَّ) أَهملَه الجوهريُّ، وَقَالَ ابْن الأَعرابيِّ: هُوَ (ثُفْلُ الدُّهْنِ وغيرِه) فِي القَارُورَةِ، كالحُثْفُلِ.
(و) مِن ذالك: الحُثْفُرُ: (سَقَطُ المالِ ورُذَاله) مِمَّا لَا يُنتَفع بِهِ.
(و) يُقال: (أَخذْتُ بحَثافِيرِ الأَمْرِ، أَي بآخِرِه أَو سائِرِه، كحَذافِيرِه وحَزَامِيره.
(والحُثْفُرَةُ، بالضمِّ: خُثُورَةٌ وَقَذَّى يَبْقَى فِي أَسفَلِ الجَرَّةِ) ، وَهُوَ الثُّفْلُ بعَيْنِه، كَمَا هُوَ ظاهرٌ.
