حَيِطَلِيَّة: نوع من الحساء أو العصيدة تطبخ حتى تصبح في قوام الجليد ثم تقطع أقراصاً مربعة أو مستطيلة تحلى بالدبس وتنضج بماء الورد (برجرن ص268، ليون ص50).
حَيْطَلانِيّ: بائع أقراص الحيطلة (برجرن ص269).
