ح ش د: (حَشَدُوا) اجْتَمَعُوا وَبَابُهُ ضَرَبَ، وَكَذَا (احْتَشَدُوا) وَ (تَحَشَّدُوا) وَعِنْدِي (حَشْدٌ) مِنَ النَّاسِ بِوَزْنِ فَلْسٍ أَيْ جَمَاعَةٌ وَأَصْلُهُ الْمَصْدَرُ.

(حَشَدَ) الْحَاءُ وَالشِّينُ وَالدَّالُ قَرِيبٌ الْمَعْنَى مِنَ الَّذِي قَبْلَهُ. يُقَالُ حَشَدَ الْقَوْمُ إِذَا اجْتَمَعُوا وَخَفُّوا فِي التَّعَاوُنِ. وَنَاقَةٌ حُشُودٌ: يُسْرِعُ اجْتِمَاعُ اللَّبَنِ فِي ضَرْعِهَا. وَالْحَشْدَ: الْمُحْتَشِدُونَ. وَهَذَا وَإِنْ كَانَ فِي مَعْنَى مَا قَبْلَهُ فَفِيهِ مَعْنًى آخَرُ، وَهُوَ التَّعَاوُنُ. وَيُقَالُ عِذْقٌ حَاشِدٌ وَحَاشِكٌ: مُجْتَمِعُ الْحَمْلِ كَثِيرُهُ.
