(ج و ع) : (الرَّضَاعَةُ) مِنْ (الْمَجَاعَةِ) أَيْ الرَّضَاعَةُ الَّتِي تَثْبُتُ بِهَا الْحُرْمَةُ مَا تَكُونُ فِي صِغَرِ الصَّبِيِّ حَيْثُ يَسُدُّ اللَّبَنُ جَوْعَتَهُ فَأَمَّا إذَا لَمْ يَسُدَّهَا إلَّا الطَّعَامُ فَلَا وَصَاحِبُهَا حِينَئِذٍ لَا يُسَمَّى رَضِيعًا.
