الجعفرية: هم أصحاب جعفر بن مبشر بن حرب، وافقوا الإسكافية وازدادوا عليهم أن في فُسَّاق الأمة من هو شرٌّ من الزنادقة والمجوس، والإجماع من الأمة على حد الشرب خطأ؛ لأن المعتبر في الحد النص، وسارق الحبة فاسق منخلع عن الإيمان.
