ث ل م: (الثُّلْمَةُ) الْخَلَلُ فِي الْحَائِطِ وَغَيْرِهِ وَقَدْ (ثَلَمَهُ) مِنْ بَابِ ضَرَبَ (فَانْثَلَمَ) وَ (تَثَلَّمَ) وَ (ثَلَّمَهُ) أَيْضًا مُشَدَّدًا لِلْكَثْرَةِ. وَفِي السَّيْفِ (ثَلْمٌ) وَفِي الْإِنَاءِ ثَلْمٌ إِذَا انْكَسَرَ مِنْ شَفَتِهِ شَيْءٌ. وَ (ثَلِمَ) الشَّيْءُ مِنْ بَابِ طَرِبَ فَهُوَ (أَثْلَمُ) .
