بالسين المهملة، والحاء المهملة: قرية من نواحي حلب قال امرؤ القيس:
يذكّرها أوطانها تلّ ماسح، منازلها من بربعيص وميسرا ينسب إليه القاسم بن عبد الله المكفوف التّلّي، يروي عن ثور بن يزيد.
