الخاء معجمة، وأوله مفتوح وقيل تراخى:
من قرى بخارى منها أبو عبد الله محمد بن موسى ابن حكيم بن عطيّة بن عبد الرحمن التراخي البخاري، يروي عن أبي شعيب الحرّاني وغيره، توفي سلخ ذي الحجة سنة 350.
