- فِي حَدِيثِ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ «زَعَمَ ابْنُ النَّابِغَةِ أَنِّي تِلْعَابة تِمْرَاحَة، أُعافِسُ وأمارسُ» التِّلْعَابة والتِّلِعَّابة بِتَشْدِيدِ الْعَيْنِ، والتِّلْعِيبة: الْكَثِيرُ اللَّعِبِ والمرَح. والتاء زائدة. (س) وَمِنْهُ الْحَدِيثُ الْآخَرُ «كَانَ عَلِيٌّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ تِلْعابة، فَإِذَا فزِع فُزِع إِلَى ضَرِسٍ حَدِيد» .
