(تلا) - في حَديثِ أَبِى حَدْرَد: "ما أَصبحْت أتَّلِيها ولا أقدِر عليها". قال الجَبَّان: تَلِيَتْ له تَلِيَّة: أي بَقِيَت بَقِيَّة، وأنا أَتَّلِى حَقِّى: أي أتَتَبَّعُه لِأَستَوْفِيَه.

(هـ) فِي حَدِيثِ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ «فَيُقَالُ لَهُ لَا دَرَيْتَ وَلَا تَلَيْتَ» هَكَذَا يَرْوِيهِ المحدِّثون. وَالصَّوَابُ «وَلَا ائتَلَيْت» وَقَدْ تقدَّم فِي حَرْفِ الْهَمْزَةِ. وَقِيلَ مَعْنَاهُ لَا قَرَأْتَ: أَيْ لَا تَلَوْتَ، فقَلَبوا الْوَاوَ يَاءً ليَزْدَوج الْكَلَامُ مَعَ درَيْت. قَالَ الْأَزْهَرِيُّ: ويُروَى أتْلَيْت، يَدْعُو عَلَيْهِ أن لا تُتْلَى إبلُه: أَيْ لَا يَكُونُ لَهَا أَوْلَادٌ تَتْلُوها.
(س) وَفِي حَدِيثِ أَبِي حَدْرد «مَا أَصْبَحْتُ أَتْلِيهَا وَلَا أقْدر عَلَيْهَا» يُقَالُ أَتْلَيْتُ حَقّي عنده: أي أبْقَيت منه بقيَّة، وأَتْلَيْتُهُ: أحَلْته. وتَلِيَتْ لَهُ تَلِيَّةٌ مِنْ حَقّه وتُلَاوَة: أَيْ بَقِيَتْ لَهُ بقيَّة.
