هو: الشيخ، ناصر الدين: محمد بن عبد الرحيم المصري.
المتوفى: سنة سبع وثمانمائة.
سماه: (الطريق الواضح المسلوك).
ذكره ابن حجر في: (إنباء الغمر).
وقال: كتب تاريخا كبيرا جدا، بيض بعضه. انتهى.
وهو: كثير الفائدة، وغالب ما نقله منه.
