بالكسر ثم السكون، وضم الواو وفتحها، وقاف، وألف، ونون: من قرى سرخس، منها أبو نصر أحمد بن أبي علي عبد الكريم البيوقاني السرخسي، سمع الحاكم أبا عبد الله، روى عنه وعن غيره، وتوفي سنة 466.
