بنتا تثنية بنت، وهيدة، بفتح الهاء وياء ساكنة: هضبتان في بلاد بني عامر بن صعصعة، قتل عندهما توبة بن الحميّر الخفاجي، ومرّت به ليلى الأخيلية فعقرت عليه جمل زوجها وقالت:
عقرت على أنصاب توبة مقرما ... بهيدة إذ لم تختفره أقاربه
