بِلِخْتَة: هذا هو الضبط الصحيح للكلمة التي في معجم فريتاج بِلْخِتة. (انظر ابن البيطار 1: 167 ب) وهو يذكر ضبط الكلمة.

بَلِخْتَة: (بالأسبانية Pleita)) : طبق قصب لتجفيف الجبن، أو سلة من الصفصاف لتجفيف الجبن (الكالا) وفيه أيضاً " encella" وهي لفظة أسبانية تدل على نفس المعنى يذكر مقابلها بِلَخْتَة.
