بالكسر: من قرى هراة، منها القاضي أبو سعد محمد بن نصر بن منصور الهروي البشكاني، كان فقيها، اتّصل بدار الخلافة وصار رسولا إلى ملوك الأطراف وولي قضاء عدّة ممالك، ثم قتل بجامع همذان في شعبان سنة 518، وقد روى الحديث.
