بُرْجين: نوع من الرمان (فوك) واقرأ برجين في مخطوطة ابن العوام (1: 273) بدل ترجين وفقاً لتصحيح سيمونه (ص283) (وجاءت الكلمة في مخطوطتنا مهملة من النقط) وتجد عند ابن العوام (1: 429): برجون وقد فسرت ب ((الرمان البري)).
