بُرْتال: تجمع على بُرتالات وبراتيل ذكرها شياباريلي في معجمه بمعنى Collis التي يجب أن تفهم بمعنى منفذ، مَخْرم (ممر ضيق بين الجبال). وهي تصغير Portellos) من اللفظة اللاتينية القديمة Portus وقد أصبحت بالأسبانية Puerto وبالفرنسية Port، وهما تدلان على المعنى نفسه.
