بيع العينية: هُوَ أَن يستقرض رجل من تَاجر شَيْئا فَلَا يقْرضهُ بل يُعْطِيهِ عينا ويبيعها من الْمُسْتَقْرض بِأَكْثَرَ من الْقيمَة. وَإِنَّمَا سمي هَذَا البيع بالعينية لِأَن فِيهِ أعراضا عَن الدّين إِلَى الْعين.
