بيع الحصاة: هو من بيوع الجاهلية بأن يقول البائع للمشتري: بعتك من السِّلَع ما تقع عليه حصاتك إذا رميت بها من الأرض إلى حيث تنتهي حصاتك، أو يقولُ المشتري إذا نبذتُ إليك الحصاة فقد وجب البيع.
