بُهَرْمِسُ بالضَّمّ: قَريَةٌ بجيزَة مِصرَ، مِنْهَا الشمسُ مُحَمَّد بنُ عليّ بن مُحَمَّد بنِ عَبْد الله الشَّافِعِيُّ، ولد سنة، سَمِع عَنهُ الحافظُ السَّخاوِيُّ، مَاتَ سنة. قلتُ: وَهِي أَبو هَرْمِيس، وسيأْتي ذكرُها فِي هرمس.
