بكس: التهذيب: ابن الأَعرابي بَكَسَ خَصْمَه إِذا قهره. قال:
والبُكْسَةُ خرقة يدوّرها الصبيان ثم يأْخذون حجراً فيدوّرونه كأَنه كُرَةٌ، ثم
يتقامرون بها، وتسمى هذه اللُّعْبَةُ الكُجَّةَ، ويقال لهذه الخرقة أَيضاً:
التُّونُ والآجُرَّةُ.
