بقص:= بقس: شَمْشار. وهذه هي القراءة الصحيحة لما ورد في ابن العوام 1: 429 حيث نجد في مخطوطة ليدن: وفي شجر البقس وقد وردت بغير نقط في ص431 وكذلك في ص575.
