بختج: في حديث النخعي: أُهْدِيَ إِليه بُخْتُجٌ، فكان بشربه مع

العَكَرِ. البُخْتُجُ: العصير المطبوخ، وأَصله بالفارسية مِيبُخْتَه أَي عصير

مطبوخ، وإِنما شربه مع العَكَرِ خيفةَ أَن يصفيه فيَشْتَدَّ ويُسْكِرَ.
