(بَجَرَ) الْبَاءُ وَالْجِيمُ وَالرَّاءُ أَصْلٌ وَاحِدٌ، وَهُوَ تَعَقُّدُ الشَّيْءِ وَتَجَمُّعُهُ. يُقَالُ لِلرَّجُلِ الَّذِي تَخْرُجُ سُرَّتُهُ وَتَتَجَمَّعُ عِنْدَهَا الْعُرُوقُ: الْأَبْجَرُ; وَتِلْكَ الْبُجْرَةُ. وَالْعَرَبُ تَقُولُ: " أَفْضَيْتُ إِلَيْهِ بِعُجَرِي وَبُجَرِي " أَيْ: أَطْلَعْتُهُ عَلَى أَمْرِي كُلِّهِ. وَمِنْ هَذَا الْبَابِ الْبَجَارَِي، وَهِيَ الدَّوَاهِي; لِأَنَّهَا أُمُورٌ مُتَعَقِّدَةٌ مُشْتَبِهَةٌ; وَالْوَاحِدُ مِنْهَا بُجْرِيٌّ.
