الْخِصَال: بِكَسْر الْخَاء الْمُعْجَمَة جمع خصْلَة بِالضَّمِّ لفائف الشّعْر. وَالْمرَاد بهَا فِي قَول الْأُصُولِيِّينَ خِصَال الْكَفَّارَة مَا عف فِي الْكَفَّارَة من تَحْرِير الرَّقَبَة وإطعام سِتِّينَ مِسْكينا وَصِيَام شَهْرَيْن مثلا.
