بالضم، وسين مهملة، وآخره خاء معجمة، والنسخ: إبطال الشيء وإقامة غيره مقامه، قال السكوني: وعن يسار القادسية في شرقيها على بضعة عشر ميلا عين عليها قرية لولد عيسى بن علي بن عبد الله بن العباس يقال لها النسوخ من ورائها خفّان.
