كأنّ حدوج المالكيّة غدوة ... خلايا سفين بالنواصف من دد
وقال ودّ بن منظور الأسدي:
ألا حيّ ربعا بالنواصف أو رسما ... خلا رمية الأرواح تطمسه طمسا
