بالفتح وسكون الميم عند الأطباء بثور تحدث عن صفراء حريفة لطيفة فإن كانت الصفراء رديئة أوجبت النملة الساعية الأكالة وإلّا أوجبت النملة الساعية فقط إن كانت الصفراء رقيقة، وإن كانت غليظة تحتبس فيما دون الجلد وأوجبت النملة الجاورسية وهي أقلّ التهابا وأبطأ انحلالا، كذا في المؤجز وبحر الجواهر.
