المَفْجَرُ:
بالفتح ثم السكون، وفتح الجيم، اسم المكان من فجرت الحوض وغيره إذا أسلته: موضع بمكة ما بين الثنية التي يقال لها الخضراء إلى خلف دار يزيد بن منصور، عن الأصمعي.
