المُنَاسخة: في اصطلاح الفرائض نقل نصيب بعض الورثة قبلَ القسمة على من يرث منه قال النسفي: "فالمناسخةُ أن يموت إنسان عن مال وَرَثته، فقبل أن يقسم بينهم مات بعضهم فصار نصيبُه لغيره فتقسم الميراثان على أنصباء الباقين".
