المخطي: وَاضح - وَالْفرق بَين الْخَطَأ وَالنِّسْيَان مَذْكُور فِي مَحلهمَا - وَفِي الدّرّ الْفَائِق فِيمَا يفْسد الصَّوْم وَمَا لَا يُفْسِدهُ. المخطي هُوَ الذاكر للصَّوْم غير القاصد للفطر وَالنَّاسِي عَكسه كَذَا فِي النِّهَايَة.
