المتواطئ: هو الكلي الذي يكون حصول معناه وصدقه على إفراد الذهنية والخارجية على السوية كالإنسان والشمس، فإن الإنسان له أفراد في الخارج صدقة عليها بالسوية، والشمس لها أفراد في الذهن وصدقها عليها بالسوية.
