الفَضيخ: شراب يُتَّخذ من بُسْر مفضوح أي مكسور، وهو أن يجعل التمر والبُسْرُ المدقوق في إناء ثم يُصبُّ عليه الماء فيستخرجَ حَلاوتُه ثم يُغلى ويشتدَّ فهو كالباذق.
