العَفْشَلِيْلُ الكَثيرُ الشَّعَرِ الجافي المُتَنَفِّشُ الرَّأس، ويُوْصَفُ به الضِّبْعَانُ. ورَجُلٌ عِفْشَالٌ أي فَشْلٌ قَليلُ البَأْسِ.
