الضَّمْخُ: لَطْخُ الجَسَدِ بالطِّيبِ حتى كأنَّه يَقْطُرُ، كالتَّضْمِيخِ.
وانْضَمَخَ واضْطَمَخَ وتَضَمَّخَ: تَلَطَّخَ به.
والضِّمْخَةُ، بالكسر: المرأةُ أو الناقةُ السَّمينَةُ، والرُّطَبُ الذي يَقْطُرُ منه شيءٌ.
