الصَّلْقَعُ والصَّلْقَعَةُ الإِعْدامُ، ويُقال أيضاً بالسِّيْن. وصَلْقَعَ صَوْتَه أي شَدَّدَه. وصَلْقَعَه ضَرَبَ عِلاوَتَه.
