الشادروان: هو الإفريز المسنَّم الخارج عن عرض جدار البيت قدر ثلثي ذراع، قيل: إنه من البيت بقي منه حين عمَّرته قريش كالحطيم وهو عندنا ليس منه لكن ينبغي أن يكون طوافُ البيت وراءَه خروجاً من الخلاف.
