السّائمة:
[في الانكليزية] Grazing cattle
[ في الفرنسية] Betail au paturage
تطلق على الراعية عادة من الإبل والبقر والغنم والخيل. يقال سامت الماشية أي رعت فهي سائمة، فلا يجب في الحمير والبغل لأنهما غير سائمتين عادة. وفي الشرع اعتبر الرّعي في أكثر السّنة. ولذا فسّرت بالمكتفية بالرعي في أكثر الحول، كذا في جامع الرموز والبرجندي.
