الزّنا:
[في الانكليزية] Adultery
[ في الفرنسية] Adultere
وطء أي غيبة حشفة أو أكثر من الرجل في قبل أي فرج أنثى خال عن الملك، أي ملك النّكاح واليمين وشبهته، أي شبهة ملك النكاح وشبهة ملك اليمين، كوطء معتدّة البائن ومنكوحته نكاحا فاسدا، مثل النّكاح بلا شهود والنّكاح بالمحارم نسبا أو رضاعا أو صهرا، فإنّ الوطء المترتّب على عقد لا يكون زنا شرعا ولغة هكذا في جامع الرموز.
